Skills Profiler enables a user to create their individual skill-set inventory measured on a seven point scale index, which can be used to:

• Create a resume for a hiring manger or HR professional,
• Construct an individualized development plan for education, training or certification accomplishment,
• Work with a career counselor to determine future career opportunities and roadmap alternatives.
