The SofTouchTM system is a sophisticated, network-based, biometric fingerprint recognition and verification solution, designed to provide exceptional flexibility for large-scale verification (1 to 1), access control, tracking and monitoring, as well as reporting needs.
The integrated solution consists of a family of compact fingerprint sensors networked to one or more servers and browser based control interfaces via secured communication channels. It has been carefully designed to optimize a comprehensive balance of system features, delivering high-quality performance and accuracy at a low cost.
The fingerprint device is capable of handling fingerprint capture, matching and storage by itself in standalone mode. In addition, it supports unlimited number of users and remote access capabilities under the networking mode, with build in tolerance of network and power outages.
The flexible management web-based server software, facilitates the establishment of a distributed system operations center with a multi-level hierarchy supporting wide range of organizational structures, for managing users, fingerprint devices and access rights, as well as reports generation.
