CIO-SP2i
Sponsored by the National Institutes of Health's National Information Technology Acquisitions and Assessment Center (NITAAC), CIO-SP2i is a Government Wide Acquisition Contract that provides a procurement vehicle for Information Technology hardware, software, systems, and services. The CIO-SP2i contract is an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity contract that uses Time and Material, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Firm-Fixed-Price, and Cost Plus Award Fee task orders. In partnership with SAIC, XPAND's goal is to provide a flexible and solution-based contract that offers the best value for your contracting needs and requirements.

· Open to NIH and all other federal government agencies
Non-NIH customers are assessed a minimal processing fee equal to 1% of Task Order funding (not less than $250, minimum order size $25,000). Customers not using their own contracting agency to make the award, may use any contracting agency for a negotiated fee. Task Order timelines are targeted at 7 to 28 days depending on order type and level of competition.
