Summary Objective: There is an increased demand in America’s workforce for people who are proficient in the fields of math and science in the 21^st Century. Youths need to be encouraged to develop their interests in these subjects and to be introduced to the related career possibilities and teachers need to be provided with the appropriate resources to start their students working toward these career paths.

Solution: GetTech Website - an animated splash of color with games and music to pique the interest of child or teenager - The look of the GetTech website is an original creation of XPAND’s web design department which also created the Flash animations and has received web design awards from the International Association of Web Masters and Designers and from Advanced Programming Concepts for this effort. XPAND staff designed and developed the interactive games featured on the site. Behind the scenes is the administration tool and content database. Through the administrative tool, the site can be updated and maintained with dynamic changes to text and other content features. Customer feedback and responses to customers are monitored and retained. GetTech is a Webby Awards nominee for the year 2003.
